Sales training engagement process for translation companies

For our standard 3 days on-site course the following engagement process is followed:

- Official order from your organisation.

- Application for funding (companies based in England).

- Telephone interview with sales leader to define success criteria for the training.

- Receipt of payment.

- Comprehensive pre-course questionnaire for each delegate followed by a telephone interview.

- Sales strategy workshop, usually 1 days, for sales leaders and managers. One of the outputs of which is the selection of modules for the following 2 days.

- Sales team training based on: the organisation success criteria, pre-course questionnaires and telephone interviews, and the sales strategy workshop.
